“Dear MANAGER Kristen,I must praise your employee, Laura who works for customer service in distribution, for her excellent service she provided my family with this last week. I had huge issues with being able to get in contact with my representative at lowes and the delivery being pushed back my family and I have been without a home for 5 months. Without Laura’s help my delivery would’ve been pushed back even longer. I’m truly going to always remember this moment of kindness laura helped us get our delivery a day later and made sure it stayed that way instead of get delayed even longer. Even though Laura had a family emergency she still took care of my family and treated us with the most respect she could, she checked in on us three different times and made sure the process of receiving our cabinets went smoothly and recording/re-ordering any that were damaged.She was available throughout the installation-process in case any unforeseen problems arose.
