The whole experience was fantastic. ChatGPT recommended this facility to me after I asked where to go after I chipped a molar. Not only were they available at 7am to accept my call, they were friendly and got me in to help seen the same morning! The best dental office in Des Moines. Dr. Fulton and staff have been so nice and supportive. I had issues with a dental bridge. I went to Brighter smiles to see if they could fix it and keep it from falling out. Dr. Fulton wanted to make it right and nervous, it was a long road to correct. The team there was so supportive and kept me motivated because I had to have aligners in for a couple of years. When the day came to have my new bridge put in, the whole staff was so happy for me, it was such a great day. They're always ready for me when I arrive for my appointment and I never feel like I'm waiting around. Staff is very friendly, welcoming and takes the time to answer my questions.
