Easy to set up and take money, but getting our pictures has been a nightmare. She does not respond to emails or postings on her website, has told us that would be ready over a week ago and now we are at her contract deadline still nothing nor any communication. Do not book, if only we had read these reviews 1st.

Summary: I never received services and am still waiting to get my money back.I booked a newborn session with Betsy Rose Photography and paid in full ahead of time, as required. I had my baby in May 2023 and reached out to her the next day to schedule the newborn session. I continued to call and email trying to schedule newborn photos. When I didn't get a response after 2 weeks, I asked for a full refund because "newborn" photos are intended to take place in the first 14 days. In 2022, I booked a package with Betsy Rose Photography that included a newborn session, 4-month, 8-month, and 12-month sessions. A month ago, I contacted her to schedule my last session. My daughter’s birthday is Monday. I have emailed several times with little to no response each time and texted her with no reply to that either. Our 12-month session is still not scheduled. The lack of communication is extremely frustrating and it has progressively gotten worse throughout the year.
