Update July 20, 2024. I saw reviews that had their photos taken before or after us saying they FINALLY got their photos just a few days ago. I called again in hopes and rang once and went straight to voicemail, again. I did finally get a text saying that all March sessions have been sent out? But she said she will text me the link this coming Monday as she is out of town. Fingers crossed!

DO NOT go through betsy rose photography, she will steal your money or steal the precious memories from you! We got pictures taken in March and JUST NOW received our album July 15th, 3mo after our babes first birthday and almost 4mo after we got the pics taken. She does not care about your feelings she just wants your money!!

Very friendly and photos are beautiful BUT communication is TERRIBLE.
I got my daughter’s first year photos taken on March 29th and haven’t received the full gallery. I requested a photo to use at her party and did receive 10 early edits on April 11th. Betsy Rose then said she would have the rest of the photos posted in the gallery the following evening. The photos never posted and I didn’t hear from her for over two weeks. I received a message from her stating she would look at the link when she got home and text me when it was ready. That was on May 2nd and I have yet to receive a text with the link with the photos.
