I want to share a concerning experience involving Aerotek’s management practices.

My partner was working through Aerotek and suffered a back injury that occurred while performing job duties. After reporting the issue, she missed two days of work due to the injury and illness related to it. Instead of receiving support or guidance about workplace injury procedures, she was terminated.

Situations involving workplace injuries should be handled with care and professionalism. Employees deserve clear communication and basic empathy when dealing with health issues caused or aggravated at work.

Terrible communication. I declined a job offer with an employer and they are saying I was disrespectful during the interview and now are refusing to work with me. Very rude and disrespectful recruiters

Are the jobs even real? Do they even successfully place anyone in jobs?! For months upon months I have assisted and witnessed my family member apply for jobs through Aerotek. They reach out, exchange text messages, do GoogleMeet interviews where it all sounds promising, maybe set up interview with company, then NOTHING but text/email that job now unavailable or went with another candidate. Recruiters have messaged last minute cancelling interviews, disappear and can’t be reached. They reschedule, send incorrect information, flat out lie, and ghost.
