Terrible communication. I declined a job offer with an employer and they are saying I was disrespectful during the interview and now are refusing to work with me. Very rude and disrespectful recruiters

Are the jobs even real? Do they even successfully place anyone in jobs?! For months upon months I have assisted and witnessed my family member apply for jobs through Aerotek. They reach out, exchange text messages, do GoogleMeet interviews where it all sounds promising, maybe set up interview with company, then NOTHING but text/email that job now unavailable or went with another candidate. Recruiters have messaged last minute cancelling interviews, disappear and can’t be reached. They reschedule, send incorrect information, flat out lie, and ghost. My experience with them is every time I try to make a phone call. Nobody answers their phones. This is a great place you find a job to turn into a career. That’s what I actually want to do, but they’re not giving me the opportunity to get set up with a recruiter sit down interview and talk with them.
