Good ole Walmart Optical came through for me again! Jordan took my almost brand new Elton John glasses that Boo and I tried to destroy ? andshe found that I had purchased some kind of a warranty even after being asked, I said, "I don't think so". Now I get new lenses for free. What a joyful Walmart trip that was. Thank you.

I live in Utah, but I was working at the Nauvoo Pageant in Illinois. I sat on my glasses and really messed them up. Terry was so accommodating and took the time to fix them properly. I was so grateful!

Friendly helpful knowledgeable staff that works with the customer to get the job done. ?I have been to other nearby branches where they direct me elsewhere for being dressed in clothes I also bought at Walmart, apparently being a Walmart customer makes me too low class for most Walmarts, but this one is actually good.
