Took our Border Collie, Callie for her very first groom and WOW — she looks and smells amazing! The team was so kind, patient, and clearly experienced, and she came out wagging her tail like a rock‑star. Super impressed with the care and attention. Highly recommend!

We had been using West Branch Grooming Station since 2023 for our two corgis, Thumper & Lilo. Recently we just moved out of state to Texas but wanted to leave a review as they've done such a great job of the past couple years and deserve a 5/5 star. They've worked with our schedule and our pups have always come back smiling ear to ear. Thank you all for taking care of our two favorites and best of luck on your future endeavors, we will miss you!

We've been using Groom Station for just under a year based on a neighbor's recommendation. We've taken 2 dogs now, different breeds, for full groom. We've had 3 different groomers. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and, despite how many clients they have, we have been able to get great timing for appointments within a week every time. We will continue to make the drive from Iowa City for the great treatment they provide our dogs and us humans!
