This facility in West Bend has been caring for my mother since 2020 and over the course of her time there the care has gotten better and better. The ladies in activities, Whitney, Michelle and others jump through all kinds of hoops to work out Facetime and zoom calls whenever I have been out of state. I started working here about 6 months ago and all the staff have been very welcoming in the transition. It is encouraging to see the comradery between staff and residents and the greater community.
