The check in process is super slow. I got there at 10:25 and it was 10:45 before I could start my mammogram. Even in the past I think I have had to wait to get checked in and wait some for imagining.

My appt was at 4:30, I forgot the imaging technician’s name but he was so professional, polite, and kind. It was my first time having an MRI so I was very nervous. He also spoke to me several times while inside to update me I was doing very well, and how long I had left inside the machine. He’s a very valuable employee to have on board! I’m from Charles City but I will be recommending Waverly!

A giant shout out to all the health care pros at the Waverly Health Center in Iowa!!!!! Great care and personal attention from every one of them!! Dr. Todd and Linda in the emergency room were informative and very efficient, we thought we'd end up waiting for hours but were taken care of in less than 1/2 an hour. Our personal care nurse Carrayn and all the others (sorry I didn't write down names) were top notch!!! Cleanest hospital we've ever been in and excellent setting! Thanks to You All!!!
