It was great when we finally found the ER. The sign is a little confusing. Need a sign at the entrance before you drive up to the hospital directing you to the other side of the building.
I have never waited longer than 10 minutes. And all of the staff is very reassuring that you are important and confirms that I do have an urgent need. Between me and my family, we have been there 6 times in 4 years and got treated the same every time. I am very confident in the staff at Waverly Medical!
Night shift was super friendly /thorough with my 2 year old son, I thought he broke his foot, I felt listened to and heard, they got him X-rays right away, we weren’t there very long at all - they even gave him a popsicle and constantly made it fun for him!
