We had a blind that needed repair. Julie first tried to fix it at the time we dropped it off, then when she couldn't, followed up with repairing it and coordinated with the company for it to be covered under warranty (we are the 2nd home owners). Very impressed with her willingness to help and profession, positive attitude! She happened to be in the area that we live, dropping it off as well as installing. Certainly recommend!
