Justin crushed it. Was running behind to no fault of his own but when he showed up he apologized for the delay. Got right to work and knocked out the shower and tub faucet install in no time. Great service as always from Crystal plumbing & heating!

After a nice discussion on the phone with the owner, we both agreed that miscommunication played a large part in my previous poor review. Andy stepped up, made things right after hearing my questions, and concerns, and we had a great conversation along with a great game of phone tag.

I would definitely recommend Crystal for your homes septic system needs. I am a hard-to-please, detailed oriented retired engineer and was very happy with the overall job Andy and the team did. I wasn't able to be present while the guys were working and was forced to observe the job through security cameras. The excavation team communicated with me via phone when I had questions, and re-did one small aspect of the job when asked. When I finally got to the property, I was pleasantly surprised that the rough grade afterwards was done very well basically ready for seeding in the spring.
