Such a great service! I submitted my audio files on a Monday and without thinking about the fact that I had to submit a client-facing version the following Monday, I selected the "Standard" package (3-5 business days). I realized my mistake on Thursday, emailed my representative Alec in a panic, and he had the full document sent the very next day! The completed document needed very little editing (mostly client-facing formatting requirements) and saved me a ton of time.
