Service was great! Tom arrived on time and did a thorough job. He was also very clean- there was not so much as a speck of soot in my house when he was finished. Top Notch just gained another loyal customer!
I originally used this company for our chimney service because the previous owners used them. We were delighted at the customer service, knowledge, and how quickly Tom was able to finish the job.
I would give Tom and Top Notch a 10 star review. In an age where I believe customer service is severely lacking, Tom would be a great role model for other business owners! He will be my go to chimney guy going forward. Thanks Tom for being fair and honest!
