I messaged Schilling Group about polishing the concrete floor in my home office. I also requested estimates from 4 other companies at the same time. Schilling Group wasn’t the cheapest but was the most professional. From the time Mckinley arrived to do the estimate until the time Jon packed up the truck and trailer when the job was completed the communication was excellent. The polished concrete came out just as I expected, imperfect with lots of character, and a shiny gloss finish. If you want a perfect floor get epoxy. If you want a floor that looks great but shows its imperfections we’ll get a polished concrete finish.
Performance Concrete had been highly recommended to us when we were considering a Polyaspartic flake coating for our garage floor. That is the best coating and is not cheap, so we wanted be sure that it would be done right. We hired them, and they were wonderful during the entire process. Richard managed the job, kept us aware of each day's schedule, and stopped by to check on the job. Eric and the crew were focused and hard-working, friendly, and professional. The final product is amazing. Performance Concrete is a 5 star company!
I would recommend this company to anyone looking for professional concrete floor finishing. From the start of our project McKinley and Richard made us feel very comfortable with the work. They took us through the work that would be done and offered suggestions to improve our project. The floor turned out great! They were very flexible with our changing schedule. The crew they had doing the work was professional and attentive.
