Seems like a pretty salon. I had made an appointment for 5 PM. I was told she was finishing up with a customer. I left 20 minutes later. The gentleman was very nice. I just don't see the point of making appointments if that time isn't going to be honored. I understand a little run over time, but not 20 minutes. If rolls were reversed a service isn't going to wait on you 20 minutes. It's like the airlines overbooking a flight.“
