Update: Changed from a 4 to 5. Tony, one of the owners, called me and tried to make things right. While I didn't take him up on his offer, I did appreciate the level of sincerity.
Seems like a pretty salon. I had made an appointment for 5 PM. I was told she was finishing up with a customer. I left 20 minutes later. The gentleman was very nice. I just don't see the point of making appointments if that time isn't going to be honored. I understand a little run over time, but not 20 minutes. If rolls were reversed a service isn't going to wait on you 20 minutes. It's like the airlines overbooking a flight.
I was a walk in customer on Friday and the lady technician Rose performed my pedicure and manicure. Some of the best customer service that I have received in a long time. I would definitely come back again and request Rose. Very nice, clean, and friendly place.
Rose did my nails and they’re so good! I’m very picky bc most technicians destroy my nail with the electric file. She was very careful and precise- highly recommend her!
