They arrived quickly within the appointment window, were helpful, and showed good ownership of their work. Service was excellent, with the problem diagnosed fast. Very polite and professional. Lenz is like no other company, and the recent replacement blew any expectations out of the water.
the lentz crew made my day installed a new AC unit, they explained everything and asked permission while installing cooling lines they were very knowledgeable when everything was done they showed me how it was all upgraded it is awesome I love it,then made sure everything was clean, before they left asked if I needed anything else done I was thinking yeah the laundry needs done dusting, vacuuming,dishes,etc but I let them go reluctantly, and you can't forget the office girls they literally take care of everything (stress levels drop)and the ram rod big Al!!! calls or text to make sure all equipment is running well, he's really top notch even asks about the family, lentz heating and cooling does not scam you and the equipment and installation is very professional, you can call if you have questions and boom I have a tech come out and take a look just needed a good cleaning and the best thing no charge for that this company is not fake or tries to scam you and these guys care how their work looks, I'm telling you the lentz crew and staff are top notch that's why we've been with them for years, Thank you to the the whole company you made my day, I seriously give you TEN star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐!!
THE TWO TIMES THEIR TECHNICANS WERE AT MY HOME THEIR WORK AND FRIENDLYNESS WAS WITHOUT A DOUBT A BIG OLE 10.
We had our vents in our house cleaned today. The young man that came out was amazing. He was very thorough and worked very hard and picked up everything after himself. I was shocked at what he got out of our vents. Will highly recommend and always use Lenz!!!
