I just finished with my free group session, and I can't rave enough about the vibe this gym has! Everyone was so nice and encouraging during the hour long endurance training. As a veteran, I really felt part of a team again! I look forward to starting my membership!
Great gym! The classes are awesome and challenging. The community is great and keep you accountable. I love that the workouts change and there are “seasons” or sessions. Right now it’s “Endurance” season and it’s tough! I never leave the gym thinking I didn’t get a good workout in. Zach and staff are great and help you work your way through exercises. Felt very welcome at this gym. Would definitely recommend it!
I have been going to Krave for several months for personal training with Zach. I've tried many gyms in the past and have often injured myself trying to keep up with group classes, and push myself to do things my body wasn't always willing to do. I knew that setting up a personal training regimen would be the best fit for me, to allow me a more personalized structure with closer guidance on how to improve strength and flexibility at my own pace.Zach has been a positive coach and has set up workouts that keep me challenged, but also are flexible with workarounds when they are needed.
