Kevin is such an incredible resource whenever I have a computer problem. If you need help, he has you back up and running in no time. Most recently, my home laptop failed, and we had everything moved over to a refurbished laptop with nothing lost by the end of the day. That is above and beyond expectations at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Iowa PC fixers!

Wonderful experience! I was sure my toddler spilled water on my laptop and it was not operating correctly. I reached out to Kevin and he responded via email very promptly. After taking it in, Kevin explained (in detail) what the possible outcomes might be. After taking it apart (same day) he followed and let me know it was good to go. At pick up, he explained everything and provided me with a ton of useful info for my laptop and it's operating systems. He even turned off those annoying pop ups that come up when I first boot up my computer for apps I never use. I will be using him for any future computer issues without question.

Not only has Kevin Kineer probably forgotten more about PCs, software, and networks than I will ever know; he is also extremely easy to work with, prompt, and goes above and beyond to get the job done. I had an old PC die on me, and this tech wizard of a man was able to correctly diagnose the problem, salvage what he could, and then rebuild me a brand new one for less than I was seeing other (worse) models for sale online at big box stores.
