Oh my .. I am impressed by this company. I have a relative that has worked with them in the past and he said, they are honest. There’s some big companies out there that advertise a lot that don’t compare. I’ve use them before and learned the hard way as did my friend. What I thought was going to be a huge expense wasn’t at all. I signed up for the 199 special signup deal where I get two visits a year to see if all is working right. I have a 13 year old house and things are starting to fail and hopefully they will catch things on my geothermal unit and steam humidifier, etc. super nice people and service guy Jeremy was awesome. Great place to work with.

Grant did an excellent job of preparing our system for winter and answered questions we had about maintaining our system. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything we asked about. I would strongly recommend their services.
Jeremy just finished our air conditioning service and I was extremely impressed with the detail and care he provided. He cleaned the condenser and checked it out thoroughly explaining what he was doing as he went. We started using Dorrian last fall and we are convinced they care about the customer. By far the best service we have used.

Jeremy came out for some repair work. Provided honest Feedback and quality service. There’s a piece that he broke on our furnace (due to its age) and the first thing he said was, don’t worry, we will make this right. They have earned our trust and continued business.
