Kayla is the absolute best; she gives great advice and will help you choose glasses that look good on your face and takes the time to explain things so you understand what you're purchasing. 10/10 would recommend!
Russell was extremely knowledgeable and helped me work through the details of 4 separate glasses I needed for my day-to-day life style. It was a relief for me because I had previously visited a different optical company and had to walk away because of incompetency of the Optical Associate. I was very happy with my experience at Target Optical and will definitely recommend to my family and friends. Russell was SUPERB!!
Russell helped me with a repair while I was traveling through Waterloo that I thought wasn't possible in no time at all. He was professional and courteous and it came at the right price. Thank you for the help Russell!!!
