Stopped in today during my lunch hour and the staff member was amazing! She offered me the new instant bed with red therapy and then showed me how to use it (talk about bells and whistles)!! I normally go to the Cedar Falls location as its closer to me but this week I will definitely be going to the Waterloo one for the pleasant staff and new bed!!

Been going here for a while and always had fine service, no issues. Today a lady in front of me in line was horrible to one of the staff members. (Wish I knew her name. She was shorter and blonde.) the customer was ripping into her and cussing her out and the staff member maintained her composure and was very respectful despite the horrible treatment. Great service!
I read most reviews before going somewhere and I read a lot about “bad staff” and “poor customer service” I’d like to say that that is completely false. I’m new to tanning and haven’t since high school so I was wondering if the staff would help show me how things worked, which they did! I’ve been in 5 times and every time the staff has been nice to me and shows me how to use the tanning bed if I ask. I highly recommend this place. Another compliment I read was about the price, I would tell these people to look up how much tanning beds cost, they have to keep up their equipment, and if you think it’s too much don’t go or don't complain.
