The doctor has extensive experience and is highly regarded by patients who praise his care and attention to detail. Patients appreciate the friendly, professional, and efficient staff. Dr. Puk is great at explaining procedures and takes all the time needed to answer questions. The nursing staff is thorough with follow-ups and the team is well-organized. While some appointments can involve long wait times, the overall experience is positive and comfortable.
Everything about Dr. Puk and the entire organization is outstanding. Yesterday I had a dilation, refraction, exam and a lazer surgical procedure and my total time there was 50-minutes. Amazing!

Everything is OK except you’re there too long. It’s gonna be two 2 1/2 hours. My appointment was at 7:40. I didn’t get called back till like eight or 815 and then had to go and sit in the waiting room by the time I left, it was about 915 or 920 that is too long.
