Why did you become a physician/provider? As a nurse I enjoyed being able to work with patients, getting to know them and working with their goals. As a provider, I want to continue to build those relationships with my patients and give them the tools needed to meet their goals. As a provider, what is your medical philosophy? Each patient deserves an individualized plan of care that is tailored to their needs and goals to maintain or improve their quality of life.
