Integrated Accounting Solutions (IAS) has been doing my personal taxes since 2012. In those 10 years I have a variety of experiences. I have received letters from the IRS, I have discovered tax documents that were needed after my return was already filed, I have been extended, I have had questions... through all of these complications I have found the IAS staff to be professional, knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me. With a decade of experience with IAS I can honestly say that IAS has done an exceptional job to serve me and my tax return.
I wish I could give them MORE than 5 stars. From the minute I walked in I was greeted kindly and offered a water/pop from the reception staff. The waiting are is so comfortable.The Professional tax preparer (Kelly Van Dyke) took the time to explain to me, in ways I understood, what the process looked like and what all the numbers meant. They spent the extra time going through my paperwork diligently, ensuring I get the most back on my tax return.I was treated as a human during their busiest tax time and not just pushed aside and made to feel like a bother. They answered any and all questions that I had. I will not be trusting my taxes with any one else moving forward.
