From the first time walking into the store until completion of our floors we had a wonderful experience. They gave us a time line and when anything changed they let us know( they were able to install sooner). We are very pleased with our new floor.

Micheal just finish putting in the carpet in our living room, with eight foot long stirs, open below. He did an AMAZING job. Very knowledgeable about what he does. We asked he a millon question and never got inpatient with us. He is very calm which is a plus with me, it was my first time putting in new carpet. He got it done in a timly manner. I would recommend him to everyone I know. Abby also was very patient with me and know what carpet sample to send me. I don't live in Waterloo and she work with me. Top Notch service on both sides.

We are so pleased with Floors De Lis! Abby was very helpful in the store, helping us accomplish exactly what we wanted for our home. Paul was efficient and made sure our new flooring was perfect! We would absolutely recommend!
