Needed some work done on my property which included replacing acoustic tile ceiling in room and repair of lower stoop on exterior front door. Mark came out to review work wanted done, made some recommendations and provided estimate. Once we agreed on work to be done, the work was scheduled and completed in timely manner. During the work, Jack provided updates and some unexpected issues they found during the ceiling work. He provided recommendations, we agreed on how to proceed and change order submitted.

The roof on my home sustained damage and I had to go through insurance, who cut me a check for replacement. Frustratingly, the 1st couple quotes that I got were substantially more than I was given. After getting nowhere going back and forth between my insurance company and some other contractors, I decided to reopen my search. I contacted Cedar Valley Handyman and their quote was right in line with what I was given. That’s when my roof sprung a small leak. The team at CVH expedited my materials, moved me up in their schedule, came in and knocked out the job cleanly and professionally. Roof looks great!! What more could you ask for?? Next time they’ll be my 1st call.
