I have been involved as a patient in mental health system for over 25 years now. The mental health field increased so fast. And all the positions created had to be filled. And in my experience with he employees are knowledgeable, take things personal, report inaccuratly, don't understand and work helping you improve your life. Their are to concerned with policies that do not uphold a patient focused environment. It is a business just like drug treatment. And instead continuous improvement in services they stay the same or get worse. And that is what will happen to you if u continue using them for your mental health needs
I don’t know what happened to this place as back in 2009 they were NOT good! Now EVERYTHING has changed & they are very kind, caring & willing to help someone from another state who ran out of a med that could have caused seizures! GOD bless the IMPROVED Black Hawk Grundy…HIGHLY recommend!
Absolutely the best care team anywhere. That sweetheart of the front desk, Heidi always makes my day with her cheerfulness. Abbey is amazing doctor who truly cares about her patients well being. And Adarienne is the best therapist in the business. I'm becoming a better person thanks to these wonderful women. Thank you, BHGMH!!
