I was very happy with my decision to visit Advanced Family Eye Care! Scheduling my first appointment was very easy and was contacted quickly.Paige made sure I was set up for exactly the type of exam I needed and provided the reassurance I needed, not having had an eye exam in quite some time.Megan helped me navigate my prescription and contact lens needs, and I knew I could trust her honest opinion on which glasses worked best for my face! I recently switched providers due to relocating, and I could not say enough good things about my first experience with Advanced Family Eye Care! From the moment I stepped in the door as a new patient, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was so friendly, personable, and genuine. I felt my care was individualized and tailored just to me, especially when picking out my new pair of specs! I definitely recommend Advanced Family Eye Care to anyone looking for genuine and trustworthy eye care!!

I went to several places in the area to look at eyeglasses and knew as soon as I walked in the door at advanced family eye care in Waterloo I knew I was at the right place! The front desk was very friendly and helpful! Megan was awesome! She answered all of my questions and was very helpful throughout the process of ordering new glasses and always did it with a smile! Highly recommend!
