It was excellent. Got in right away. Had time with Dr. And was included in my care. She listened to me and gave me guidance on my pro lem and cave me the medicine i needed to feel better. Very freindly and professional both her and her assistant. This is the first time being seen at this clinic by kristal.S. I am so glad to see they have here coming here to see patients. It mean that more people will have a place to see her that is closer and not as much walking around to get to her. This is a wise move .it woul be nice for some one in the heart area to come also.our town and surrounding areas need this kinda care for the elderly and disabled. Thanks for this .

She listens, she covers all her grounds FOR her patients and she builds an intelligent plan to provide top notch care for her patients. Not to mention a very strong, professional and trusting relationship with each of her patients. Alicia genuinely cares about her patients. I’m so proud to have her as my PCP, and Wapello/West Burlington are extremely lucky to have such a huge asset in our communities!
