Got my windows on my 2023 jeep grand Cherokee done today. I had a lot of questions when I first when in. The lady (who might be the owner/manager) was very patient and had all the information I was looking for. She even walked me over to other cars they have done to give better representation in the different shades. Scheduling was easy peasy, and service was pretty fast all things considered. I will definitely be back for my panoramic moonroof and possibly the windshield as well.

I purchased window tint for my vehicle 3 years ago. The original experience was perfect. Everyone was really friendly and they walked me through the entire process. I purchased the top tier tint for the UV protection and the lifetime warranty. After 3 years my rear window tint started to bubble. After some research, I found out that it's common with my vehicle. When I called them about the bubbles, I was honestly expecting a fight or for them to try to charge me. Not only were they quick to honor their lifetime warranty free of charge, they even told me that if during the removal my defrost lines were damaged, they would replace my rear window!
