    Couldn't recommend this gym enough!! The owner is incredibly knowledgable and provides high level training to his students. It is very clear that he cares about the growth of each student and takes time to get to know everyone. The culture here is very welcoming and inclusive to new students of all levels.

    I started my mixed martial arts experience with Team Roundkick and was one of the first to get to fight under its banner over 20 years ago. The head coach and founder, Pete, gave me the skills and mentality to not only learn and train combat martial arts like Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Catch Wrestling, he also taught me practical self defense techniques and strategies and philosophy from styles like Kali, Silat, and Wing Chun. This gym made me feel like I was following in Bruce Lee's footsteps, combining the most effective elements from dozens of different systems into the best martial and self defense style that worked for me and my lifestyle.

    I just started my Muay Thai Journey at 34yrs of age, I previously was bodybuilding and now looking for something a little more challenging. I love the atmosphere and the people at the gym, also the community that is involved with Muay Thai.There is a lot to learn, but the one thing that is instantly noticeable is the respect that is shown around Muay Thai, from Athlete to Athlete and Coach to Athlete.If you are looking for a place, just a hobby or wanting that competive edge.This is the place for you!
