I walked in off the street having discovered that PF was the only place in Des Moines that carries what I wanted. Everyone there was exceedingly helpful and friendly as I took home load after load of samples to see what colors I wanted and then when I ultimately ordered and then picked things up.
I was particularly happy to have such a pleasant experience because I really wanted to work with local people.
I highly recommend these folks. I worked most with Erik, but Tim was also always friendly and helpful.
