We had a great experience with Jon and Leslie at OPTT as my son recovered from a sports injury. We found them to be professional, responsive to phone calls and very accommodating with our scheduling needs. Additionally, Jon knows his stuff and was able get our son feeling and functioning much better with a wide variety of on-site equipment to assist. Definitely recommend!
Jon has done a great job of helping me become more aware of how to take care of my body. I’ve struggled with chronic pain in both legs for years and have seen multiple doctors and specialists, but Jon is one of the only ones who truly made me feel heard and cared for. He acknowledged what I’ve been through and showed genuine concern for my pain and difficulties. While my pain hasn’t completely gone away yet, he has helped improve my symptoms by teaching me how to breathe correctly and emphasizing the importance of ergonomics. I can’t say enough great things about my physical therapist, Jon. From the very beginning, he made the entire process easy and stress-free. Scheduling appointments was simple, and every visit was a positive experience. Jon is not only professional but also friendly and fun to work with.
Even when working with other patients, it was clear that Jon has built strong rapport with them, based on trust, communication, and empathy. He was instrumental in improving my shoulder, and thanks to his guidance, we’ve determined that surgery is necessary for full recovery.
