Needing hickory flooring to match our existing wood . Cindy at the urbandale office was super helpful! It came in when they said, and they loaded it, everything went accordingly, will definitely do business there again

We hit a major snag when we ran short on our maple wood flooring—right as we were 3/4 of the way through the install. Cue panic. The flooring had been discontinued, and it felt like we were hunting for a unicorn… in a forest fire.
