Scott was great in assisting us with picking out the right carpet for our family. Communication, expertise, and patience with a family with small children was excellent and made for a great experience. Definitely will be coming back for more flooring in the future!

These folks take the time to help you explore options, provide quality products, and see it through installation. I was very happy with Terri. She gave me lots of good information and spent hours helping me through the selection process. I didn't feel pressured and I am truly pleased with our new carpets. Scott and JJ were amazing installers too. Highly recommend Floors Direct!
