I would highly recommend Lee Chamberlin for the services they provide. I inquired about having my property corner markers located in Winterset and was promptly answered by Ryan with a detailed scope of work that would be provided. Two days later my survey was completed. Ryan was extremely helpful and was very patient and willing to share his process in helping me determine lot lines for my construction project.
