Lea was so good at starting at my lowest level and getting me stronger. She set me up with home exercises on an ap. She is very capable with a variety of patients. The entire staff is upbeat and professional.
My therapist is Lea. She is wonderful. I am improving each and every time I go. I am getting stronger and I am hoping that my continued therapy with Lea will take surgery out of the equation. I am so thankful that I listened to my son and came to Kaizen. For my future needs it will only be Kaizen and Lea. I am elderly and I am enjoying more of my life now that I am improving. Thank you Kaizen and especially Lea.
When I started my weight loss and fitness journey, I knew I needed to exercise, but I didn’t know how to lift correctly or safely. You took the time to teach me proper form, explain the “why” behind what I was doing, and gave me the confidence to walk into the gym without fear of getting hurt.
Almost 100 pounds later, I’m stronger than I’ve ever been. I can do things I never thought I’d be able to do, and a huge part of that started with learning how to move better.
