Iowa Family Assistants has been a great place to work. It has allowed flexibility for my home life when it has been needed. Being in a supervisory position, comes with challenges. Finding a balance between client's needs and Caregiver's needs comes with many factors. It is not always an easy job, to make tough decisions. Overall, IFA has a great team of employees and they do truly care about the client's needs, while ensuring their safety and comfort of remaining in their homes.
