Called Herr for water heater problem. I was looking at a new one but fortunately Austin and Eli fixed the problem and saved me a new water heater. They also replaced the faucet on the shower. The work was excellent and I enjoyed having them in my house. They cleaned up after quickly completed the work. The water heater installer (not Herr) mixed the pipe metals which caused corrosion and could have led to a new water heater.Herr saved me a possible early replacement. They really took care of business.

What a great experience! Needed a toilet wax ring replaced and new water shutoff valve. Plumber was efficient, friendly, neat, and loved his job. Would definitely use again if other issues arise.

Herr installed a new toilet and hooked up a new faucet for me. The woman who scheduled my appointment was wonderful to work with, and the plumber was on time, professional, and quick! The final cost was half of what I was quoted from other companies, and incredibly fair!
