I have been getting my haircuts at the Plum Grove location in Urbandale for the last nine years. I have been completely satisfied with their service and with my haircuts. If it's your first time with a stylist, just spend a moment telling them how you want your hair done. They will work with you.Russ K.

I love going to this location in general. Donna is a wonderful person to talk too, I have known her for years and she has done a great job for my family for the past 30 years. I would trust her to cut any of my children's hair and my own. Thanks again Donna!

I was cautious about getting a pixie cut after the last place did such horrible job I had to wear wigs for a month (different chain). Amy N saw the picture of the cut I wanted and very easily made it happened. Also introduced me to a new hair product to help style it. Very glad I went here.
