I was referred to Champions Recovery Room & Physical Therapy from my Doctor. My therapy experience was top notch! Every step of my recovery was explained in terms that I understood, exercises I could do on my own, and incremental steps to get me fully healed. I am so happy that I did this therapy and so thankful that Champions Recovery Room was there to help me. Shout out to Angie, Nicole and Jenny for helping me in my journey.

If you need a Physical Therapist, Angela Spencer, owner of Champions Recovery Room in Urbandale is the person you are looking for. I have had Dr recommended physical therapy numerous times. My previous therapist has a new position and recommended Angela. She is smart, personable, thorough, understands the issue quickly and implements the solution effectively.
