Great experience with Aire Serv of NW Des Moines. Chris did our AC maintenance, kept me and my family cool all summer, and took time to explain how everything works.
He gave a no pressure presentation on their UV air purification system, we decided to get it and noticed fresher air the first day after installation. We have an older home and with it stale smell we could never get rid of. We also have a dog. Coming home from an extended time away used to smell old, couldn’t ever really get rid of it. Now it smells fresh. Noticeably different. Really happy with the UV air purification system purchase.
We also joined the Advantage Plan. Seemed like a no-brainer...read full review
My technician Chris, who just came out this morning was wonderful. He’s extremely knowledgeable and very personable.
He knew what he was talking about and there was absolutely no pressure of sales or anything of the sort. I definitely recommend using them Airserv.😀
Technician was very personable and respectful. He explained all the testing and procedures in easy to understand ways. He also explained the Homeowner side of simple care and maintenance of our system. I really like that they are actually a locally-owned business.
