We are so grateful to have found a veterinary team as compassionate, balanced, and genuinely kind as PHC - Tiffin. From the moment we walked in, we felt heard, supported, and respected. The vet took time to truly listen to our concerns, explain options clearly, and partner with us in a way that honored both our voice and our dog’s needs.
During an emergency situation (and prior visits), she approaches treatment with both professional expertise (citing research literature and following evidence-based care) and thoughtful compassion. She never rushes to extremes, but instead offered a reasonable, measured plan that always makes us feel confident and at ease.
In what was a very scary moment, they gave us peace, reassurance, and unwavering kindness. We’re so thankful for the care they showed not just to our dog, but to us as well.
While tech support and communication haven’t always been perfect, it’s clear that everyone here genuinely cares about the animals they serve and treat. That level of heart and integrity goes a long way, and we’re deeply grateful to be under their care.
Bonus points: PHC is very clean, with a modern, functional design that’s truly pet-friendly. They even have adorable hand-dipped dog treats occasionally! The office runs efficiently, so you’re not stuck in the waiting room with your dog and other pets for long periods of time—which makes a huge difference.

PHC has been the most wonderful vet for our reactive dog. They are always able to get us into a room so quickly, which is extremely helpful as our dog does not do well around other dogs. The care they provide is unmatched. I have never been to another vet where they are able to give all shots and draw blood while in the room with the owner and they do it all in the least stressful way possible to the dog. Their veterinarians are clearly so knowledgeable, and I really think about each issue that comes their way. One of them even sent me an article afterwards to be able to read up further on my dogs condition. As our dog enters her senior years, I am really glad that we will have PHC there to guide us through those end-of-life decisions.

The BEST vet we’ve ever been to. Positive attitudes, warm, welcoming, and friendly! Affordable services and we were given the autonomy to make decisions for our fur baby without feeling pressured. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new vet.
