After cleaning the outside AC unit myself, the fan wouldn't turn on. Called up Aire Serv as I saw they were local. It was after hours call and I was informed it would be a $195 diagnostic fee which I understood. But when Joey arrived to take a look the system turned on. They only charged me the normal service fee of $100. My takeaway is they are honest and care about their customers. Will plan to work with them again in the future.
Highly recommend! I've hired Aire Serv for 2.jobs. The first was an emergent problem on. Sunday night and the technician came out right away and worked for 2 hours until the job was done. The second visit was scheduled and also went very smoothly. Good communication and fair prices. Thanks!
