Miracles in Motion is a non-profit that offers therapeutic horse riding/hippotherapy to kids and adults with physical and mental challenges, along with at-risk youth. It is a fantastic program! The staff are all amazing, super friendly, supportive, warm and caring!I volunteered here in 2003 with AmeriCorps*NCCC. Sue Bock is or at least was the owner at that time. Wonderful instructors, wonderful horses, wonderful facility. I don't know how it works, but it has been the most effective therapy for my autistic son that we have experienced.Really fun place to volunteer also if you like horses and helping kids and veterans one- on one. Music happens right before your eyes.

Staff is UBER friendly, supporting, warm, and caring. I volunteered here in 2003 and owner Sue Bock is AMAZING! Additionally, Joyce is also awesome, although I don't know if either of them are still regulars. Wonderful memories were created here! Great, great place! Horses are super friendly, fields are huge, great facilities, again staff is AMAZING. Learned tack and some riding. Went back to visit in 2005/2006. Would definitely stop in next time I'm in town!
