“I called because I had a water leak. Erica answered and was very courteous and efficient. She called her technician to come to my house and said he'd be there in 45 minutes. Ben showed up and immediately put me at ease. He listened to my explanation, did some investigating and found the problem right away. Then he explained what needed to be done and made phone calls to make it happen. His guys, Stan and Dallas were here with equipment 30 minutes later. They were fast, efficient and respectful, checking with me throughout the setup. Ben was still there when his guys showed up and he came back in the house and personally showed them what needed to be done. Ben also helped me with a call to another contractor that needs to do some follow up work. I thought he went above and beyond to help me out. I highly recommend Browns Floor Care and I am so glad I picked them to help me out.“
