I have been going to both Juliet and Shauna for around a year. Yesterday, I decided to try another salon due to some scheduling issues on my part and not having a ton of time. Unfortunately, it did NOT go well and my hair color and cut was a nightmare. I texted Shauna and she immediately got me in contact with Juliet who fit me in the NEXT DAY (a SUNDAY!) to fix my hair. I cannot express enough how caring, kind, and talented the stylists at Fix are. My hair turned out beautifully and I am so appreciative of everything they did for me!

First visit to salon. Juliet gave me the best cut I've had in YEARS since moving to Cedar Rapids. She listened to what I was wanting, went above and beyond. She is creative and I look forward to working with her in the future! The cost is expensive, but worth it when you receive a quality service.

Anne is awesome! Managed to get an appointment with her even though she doesn't usually take new clients. She cuts my hair exactly how I ask, and is very down to earth. She is also the first hair stylist I've been to that has cotton swabs at her station to clean the water out after the shampooing - never knew I needed them until I got offered one! The salon is very well kept and clean. Love the decorations too!
