Another customer was pleased with the technician's ability to recreate the requested nail design, resulting in a "Happy mama" outcome. However, one customer had a less positive experience, where the technician left to attend to another client, leading the customer to leave in frustration.
I have been here twice and my mother has been here like 4 times and we have had nothing but good experiences. They are very adaptable to all customers. My mother is very chatty and she was able to talk the entire time with the artist. I, on the other hand, am not and I was able to sit in silence the whole time. They were super direct and respectful and their work is amazing. They have given me what I have asked for both times I have been there without a doubt. Their work stays for so long and is so strong that they have never chipped or broken without trying. The second photo was taken one month after the first.

Very friendly staff and the service was great! I went In needing a fill and wanting a nail design. They got me in right away even with being a walk in. The design turned out amazing and wasn't badly priced for this at all. I will be returning for any of my future nail needs!
I had appointment went in they got started right away but the lady doing my nails disappeared I waited and asked where did she go then I turned around and she was giving someone else a pedicure it pissed me off needless to say I got up and walked out.
